The driver was on time and patiently waiting for us until we got our luggage. He also helped us with the bags on the walk to the hotel. The car was very clean and comfortable! Fully recommended
The Bishkek side had arrived at the promised hotel before the scheduled time and brought us to the border without any problems. On the Kazakhstan side, they approached me on a road right after immigration, and there was a break in the middle, so I was able to drive them comfortably to Almaty. I am also very grateful for the kind support I received from the people in charge prior to the event via the internet. I was especially relieved on the day because I received a picture of two cars the day before.
