Honestly the best experience I have had in Italy. I have seen so many wonderful sites but an exceptional lunch with local ingredients and so much attention to detail in such a beautiful setting will be a memory I won’t forget. Rina is a wonderful hostess and we felt so welcome. I cannot say enough good things about our visit. Do not miss this.

We had an absolute wonderful experience. Erina was so personal, she made us feel like family. The food spread and olive oil tasing were amazing. We would highly recommend visiting this farm!

This was an incredible way to spend an evening in Polignano a Mare. After a different tour was cancelled, we booked this one only 24 hours in advance. Little did we know that our time at the olive tree farm would be the highlight of our 2 weeks in Italy. The host was warm, welcoming, informative, and created a wonderful experience for me and my wife. We toured the olive tree farm, saw the lavender, and had a delicious meal. We cannot recommend this experience enough!

Fantastic day at Villa Dells Rosa. Rina is a fantastic host along with Mark. Very informative tour of the Olive groves. Olive oil tasting was fabulous followed by the best lunch I have had in Italy. Great wines which kept flowing. Would highly recommend.

Rina was absolutely fantastic! My husband and I had an incredible tour of her farm, where we saw her olive and almond trees—some of which were hundreds of years old. We were treated to an amazing tasting of fresh olives, olive oil ,and almonds straight from the farm, which was such a unique experience. She also prepared a wonderful lunch featuring fresh vegetables, an assortment of meats and cheeses, and delicious local wine. Everything was locally grown and beautifully presented. To top it all off, she made homemade panna cotta for dessert, which was absolutely delicious. This experience was an absolute treat and one of the highlights of our trip. Rina's hospitality, knowledge, and passion for her farm made the day truly special. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area!

A wonderful afternoon of Olive Oil tasting in the middle of a centuries old olive grove owned by a small family producer overlooking the ocean. In addition to the amazing Olive Oils, was a homemade lunch and custom snacks including breads, cheeses and fresh roasted almonds from the same farm our hostess couldn’t be more welcoming and kind. We would definitely go back again. The value you get vastly exceeds what you pay.

I highly recommend this tour! It was a delight meeting Rina and learning about the olive trees and tasting the olive oils with the highlight being the delicious lunch she served. She is less than 15 minutes from Polignano a Mare and you can get a Tuk Tuk taxi to get there and back if you don't have a car.

This will remain a highlight of our entire trip to Italy. Rina’s estate is serene, absolutely stunning with a view of the Adriatic Sea and olive trees that are hundreds of years old. The oil that she produces is gorgeous and has so much character and she surrounds it with a perfect Italian lounging lunch that is mouthwatering in its simplicity—all local food; produce from her own garden and her neighbors, regional cheeses, and foccaccia from the nearby bakery, all absolutely top notch. She brings tray after tray of treasures to your private table in the grove—and only hosts one group per day so you are never rushed nor crowded. Finally, Rina herself is a delight. So kind, welcoming, and focused on creating a memorable day for her clients, and has incredible stories to share! Additionally, she is just so industrious—dish after dish will be accompanied by “oh I just thought I’d also try my hand at this!” Thank you so so much again Rina!

We loved this experience. Rina welcomed us wonderfully. She showed us around her estate and showed us different olive trees for some over 500 years old. Then she set us up at a superb country table in the middle of the olive grove to make us taste the olive oils, then we had dinner over a bottle of white wine. And finally we enjoyed the sunset and blow out the candles for my husband’s birthday. It was an exquisite, authentic and timeless moment. You can directly buy olive oil on site as well as lavender essential oil that Rina produces thanks to her lavender field.

This was the most perfect experience. Rina was lovely, her knowledge was vast and the experience was so special. We couldn't recommend this experience more!
