Great way to spend a few hours. Guide is a dude who obviously loves his home city and the coastline. Highly recommend this.

We went to speak with Umberto a couple of days before and he was really helpful and reassuring. We had never kayaked before, myself, husband, son 17, daughter 15. We decided on 2 double kayaks and did adult and child in each. It was an amazing experience, really fun, easy once you get used to it and just beautiful scenery. Umberto gave great instruction and advice but was also very relaxed. He provided a phone pouch and a dry bag for belonging and also you can leave stuff at his place. We visited the Baths of Queen Joanna and had time to explore and swim, it was amazing and beautiful.I would highly recommend the trip and this company, Umberto clearly loves his job. Great group of tour guides. Couldn’t be friendlier or more accommodating. We liked the kayak tour so much we came back the next day for paddle boards.

We had a fabulous 2 hour guided tour with Umberto. Highly recommended. He was warm funny and incredibly knowledgeable about Sorrento. He took us to a small beach for a swim in turquoise waters. If you visit Marina Grand don’t miss his kayak too.

What an amazing afternoon taking in the sights of Sorrento from the sea. Umberto was the perfect host and made sure we had a fantastic excursion. We learned so much about the history of the of the area. The tour lasted about 2 hours and the weather was absolutely perfect. There were 6 of us in the group which was a nice size. The atmosphere was light and humorous which made everyone feel at ease.

We booked after drinking too many jugs of wine in Tavern Azzura and watching a group come in at dusk. My mates wifes idea, our partners were not interested! We have no experience and were a little worried in the light of day. We turned up a day later and Umberto & Pasquale were absolutely fantastic, nothing to worry about and we had an amazing 2 hour tour along the coast stopping several times for a swim & some Roman ruins tours. Thoroughly both enjoyed it, sea was warm and not as tiring or difficult as we thought. Set off at 1030 so we could meet our partners at Tavern Azzura for a beachside lunch. Great day 😀

Do not make advance reservations!!! I rarely white negative reviews but I am out of options. We had a reservation for 6 people on Tuesday 12/8/25 at 6pm. I paid 300euro in advance. We were on our way when the thunderstorm started. I spoke to a young woman at 5:30 and she said the tour was cancelled because of the storm and we would get a full refund. I have contacted them many times to ask for my refund. The manager, Umberto Lanza, messaged me to say “ Hello I am Kayak Sorrento you didn’t cal me at 5:30 you didn’t come tour was done , I am sorry”. This is not good business. You can not treat customers this way. Please reimburse me because our your cancelled due to the thunderstorm.

A group of four of us adults (young and older) from my family went on the sunset kayak tour with this company in May. I highly recommend it! We had so much fun! The guides were friendly, funny, informative, and protective of all of us. They inquired about our levels of experience with sea kayaking, gave us some initial instruction, and then made sure we were appropriately paired with each other. We kayaked to a swimming hole, took some time there to hike above it on the trails, and then kayaked around the coast near Sorrento to see the sunset. The price was very reasonable for the trip. I highly recommend this adventure if you are in the area and love to be active!

Just had an amazing 2 hours kayaking with Kayak sorrento with my family. Umberto was absolutely fabulous and put me completely at ease as I was very nervous. 5 star treatment from start to finish. I have forgotten the name of the girl who booked us in but she was so sweet and helpful. Thanks kayak Sorrento for the best 2 hours. The Queen.....🤣
