All fish dead except one caught in the whole season with 10-15 people fishing. No care from the staff, and all dead rotting carcass along the bank. Disappointing

As Darwin locals, we spend plenty of time fishing from our own boat, but my son hadn't caught a barra in quite a while, so we decided to head to Hooked on Barra for his much-needed barra fix. We had the best time! Sean was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful to everyone there. He made sure everyone had a great experience, and his passion for what he does really shows. The fish were in great condition, the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and my son was thrilled to finally land a barra again. It was such a fun day out, and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommend to both locals and visitors looking for a great fishing experience!

Location is conveniently located next to the Adelaide river jumping croc tour. Quite over priced for just fishing farmed fish from a pond but it you want the kids to catch a Barra, this will provide guaranteed result.

Well worth the effort to drive to Humpty Doo. John was a great host and fishing guide. Helped us both and netted our catch for us. Everthing provided for a great experience, including plenty of fish!
