I'm afraid of heights and had a great time doing this. Mostly, I felt that my safety was taken into consideration when they pulled us aside and said that they wanted to wait for the wind to calm down before we went up. I appreciated that.
Loved our pilot! He was friendly, professional, and really nice. It added to the experience.

Great experience
It was amazing. Definitely a must do. From start to finish it was perfectly done. Greeting and picture taker, balloon guide, even the music. Every song starting with fly me to the moon, and ending with don't let me down was a great touch. Seeing the falls while singing familiar songs was amazing. You can do them at night also, while they are shooting fireworks. Very cool. We left happy with a great experience, great pictures taken, and a free 8x10 picture.
I would highly recommend this. We'll worth the money.

Great view, great fun
We had a great experience. I’m disabled and couldn’t stand the whole time and they accommodated me with a wheel chair that fits in the gondola beautifully. The view was amazing and we loved it. Highly recommend this balloon ride!

A great experience!
Even with knee limitations, getting on & off was no problem, nor was taking off & landing.
The views were spectacular! We plan to do it again at night next time.
