Michael (not the Greek spelling) was simply outstanding. Even though we had a very difficult weather day (torrential rain), he never lost his enthusiasm. He adjusted the tour and we were still able to see a number of beautiful sights, even if it was just from the van due to the rain. He always gave us the option to exit the vehicle and would park as close as possible every time. Most of all, he loved his home, the island of Milos, and that enthusiasm came out loud and clear. He related personal stories in a very charming way. I would highly recommend his services as a guide. You will enjoy it greatly!

Last summer, my two daughters and I traveled to Milos. Due to high winds, our boat trip to Kleftico was cancelled. The captain gave us a refund and referred us to an incredible guide, “who knows the island better than anybody”. He was right! The next morning Michalis Veletas (Mike) picked us up and took us to two different beaches (one secluded one we climbed down to reach) and the other was relaxing and we could jump from the rocks into the water. We let him know we were athletic and looking forward to an adventure. He also made both lunch and dinner reservations for us. Our lunch spot did not actually take reservations, but he checked us in and gave us some phenomenal recommendations. He knows the island, listened to what we wanted to do and made the day so special for us. We enjoyed the most incredible sunset on the way to dinner and received 100% positivity, excellent communication, warmth, and joy in teaching and learning about the wonders of Milos.

We had an amazing tour with our tour guide Michael. My 81 year old Mom has always wanted to see Greece and she was able to do that. Michael took such great care with my Mom to make sure she got to see everything she wanted to see. He even assisted her with the stairs when they were difficult. I would highly recommend this tour. Out of all the Greek islands we loved Milos the most. From the white volcanic dunes to the catacombs and simply charming towns, it was the best!

We had an exceptional experience during this private excursion. Our guide was remarkable: warm, attentive, passionate, and very generous with his time and knowledge. Thanks to him, we discovered magnificent places and learned a wealth of interesting information that we would never have known otherwise. The private format made the experience even more enjoyable, since the excursion was adapted to our interests and our pace. We felt well accompanied from beginning to end, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. This excursion was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our trip. We recommend it without hesitation to anyone who wishes to have an authentic, personalized, and memorable experience. Thanks again to our guide for this superb day! We went back twice to the tavern because we loved the suckling pig so much! :)

We had an amazing experience with Michail during our visit to Milos. He took us around the entire island in his van, showing us the most beautiful places while sharing interesting stories and local insights. This was the absolute best tour of our 15 day vacation. Mike (Michalis) was the kindest, friendliest, helpful, and most knowledgeable. He really showed us his Milos. He took us to places we would never have seen were it not for him. There were 3 couples in our group ranging in age from 59-73. All I can say is that he was the BEST! I would never hesitate recommending him to anyone wanting to see the beauty and character of the island of Milos.

We had a private tour that took us all over Milos. Our guide Michial was great! Relaxed , informative , let us go at our own pace. I was recovering from a hip injury and he graciously helped me in addition to my husband when it was a bit tough. He spent his summers in Milo’s so knew every one and everything. The views are beautiful, but you need a small van to get up and down the hills. No way could we have walked it. We saw a few groups from our ship and they were struggling a bit on the uneven sidewalks. It was definitely worth it to have the private tour!!!

Mike was very congenial and people-friendly. Very knowledgeable. Adapted to our very wish. We asked him to take us to a typical Greek non-tourist restaurant, which he did. We were the only tourists in the place and we had a great meal. His van was kept in excellent condition. Net, could not recommend him higher.
