ナイアガラの滝、アメリカ側：メイド・オブ・ザ・ミストボートライド、ウォーキングツアー

The boat tour would not accept the tickets presented from our phone. Had to buy tickets directly from them. We wanted a refund but never got a response from Viator. Still waiting!!

Don't waste your money. Turns out the Maid of the mist would have only cost 90 bucks for the 3 of us. We paid 180 for a walk through the park and a VR game. Not a good value in my opinion.

We waited almost 2.5 hours to board the boat. After the boat ride, the tour guide told us that the Cave of the Winds tour would be another 3-hour wait. It's really inconsiderate to make families with small children wait that long. They should warn people about the long waits between tours on their website. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed with the experience.

We went on a Tuesday afternoon in June and it was not crowded. There was plenty of room to walk around on the boat and even go up and down the stairs while the boat was moving. We got very close to the falls and our ponchos(and glasses) got soaked but our clothes remained dry. It was exciting to get so close to the falls and I highly recommend this trip. Also, my grandson has autism and we thought he may get upset when he got wet but he loved it and this was the high point of our trip for him.

Enjoyed the view and the boat ride. I would recommend to others and had a great time. Guide was great and knowledgeable

We did the walking tour w/ maid of the mist and Cave of the winds . Dexter was our guide. He was Awesome! We enjoyed the boat ride. The walk with stories. The Cave of the Winds was not what we expected. I expected a little more, so I would not visit it again. The walking tour and information and stories did make the tour, so having a guide was great for the experience. I would recommend the Maid of the Mist, Dexter as a tour guide, but the time waiting to see the cave of winds was overrated in my eyes.

We booked our Maid of the Mist tour through Viator, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! Our tour guide, Anthony, was outstanding. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire day enjoyable from start to finish. One thing that really stood out was how willing Anthony was to take photos for families and groups throughout the tour. Because of him, everyone in our family was able to be included in the pictures instead of someone always being behind the camera. He also shared interesting facts and history about Niagara Falls that made the experience even more memorable. My only critique is regarding the meeting instructions provided in the confirmation email. The email only included an address, which led us to a hotel and left us a bit confused about exactly where to meet the group. Including the meeting location name and a more detailed description of the meetup spot would be very helpful for future guests. Overall, we had a wonderful day at Niagara Falls, and Anthony played a huge role in making it such a great experience. We would absolutely use Viator again and highly recommend this tour to others!

You will get wet but so worth it!!! We did the boat and walking tour. Very informative, our guide was exceptional.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it and the breathtaking close-up view of the fall was spectacular. God really does show off his greatest creations and allows us to be in awe of it. Thank you to our wonderful tour guide, his name escapes me but he called his customer his diamonds. He was extremely knowledgeable and kept us entertained throughout the tour. Definitely recommend.

I would definitely recommend Maid of the Mist, but the walking tour is a waste of time. Dexter tried to make it fun as a guide, but it was mostly waiting and standing around.
