Ondrej was our guide and driver. We were in great hands and he was exceptionally well informed. Ondrej was continually or our time schedule and gave us a great one-day tour. We would strongly recommend Czech Out Tours!
Had an excellent day tour with Jana as our guide. Started with a pickup at my hotel, and there were 7 of us plus the guide/driver. Very good explanations of what we were seeing, and Jana was very accommodating of the mobility difficulty of one of the participants including starting the tour at the top of the hill behind the castle gardents rather than having to walk up to the gardens. Very good lunch at a local restaurant and plenty of time to wander the picturesque streets of town. The additional stop at Holasovice, a traditional village from the 1800's was an interesting view into a bygone time. Andrej was very easy to work with in scheduling this trip and I would recommend it - not only were the logistics handled but there was a lot of useful information provided as well about what we were seeing and driving past.
We had a good time with Ondrej being our guide/driver. The tour is well planned and we gained lots of insight! A must do tour if you plan to visit Cesky Krumlov!
It was a delightful day! From start to finish we were well cared for. Ondrej was knowledgeable, made our small town village experience so fun, and our time in Czetsky Krumlov very enjoyable. It was such a treat to be in a small group and not a part of the big tour groups we saw!!! We highly recommend booking directly with him. He was very good about communicating logistics and a delight to spend the day with!!!

Amazing day trip from Prague. The tour was well organized and paced really well where nothing felt rushed. Having a small group felt more personal too. Our guide, Jana, was wonderful and provided insight & stories throughout the day. Highly recommend!
This was a most amazing small group tour visiting two UNESCO sites under an excellent guide Ondrej! Pick up was organised from outside the apartment where we were staying, and travel was in a very comfortable modern 9 seater vehicle. Following a comfort stop, we arrived at Holašovice, a quaint and very beautiful village, recognised by UNESCO for its historic heritage. The visit there included a very informative and emotive meeting with a resident who runs a small museum on his smallholding. A remarkable visit with a most amazing elderly gentleman - the 28th generation to live and work the land there! We left with an emotional parting, privileged to have experienced a very special person and place. On to Cesky Krumlov - another UNESCO gem - we were provided with a lovely meal with our host Ondrej, before setting off from the top of the Castle grounds through the gardens, to wind our way down through the exterior of the Castle into the village itself. Throughout, Ondrej was most informative and full of knowledge of the place and its lengthy history and development. Finally, we were left to do our own thing, investigating the village and its undoubted charms, before returning to Prague, and drop-off outside the apartment once again. All in all, it was a tremendous tour to exceptional places and comes highly recommended - one not to miss under Ondrej’s wonderful care and
Our guide/driver was wonderful and provided us with history as well as legends about the residents of Cesky Krumlov, but the van was not comfortable. We had 7 people with very little leg room, and were squished together. We had one person with a cane, and no step available so we juggled seats for her. Two people were coughing, and the closeness made us uncomfortable for such a long ride.

I’m sorry the van felt a bit tight with all seven guests on board. The van itself is quite new and has an interior entry step and a grab handle, though I understand everyone’s mobility needs are different. This was honestly one of the best tour experiences I had during my time in the Czech Republic, and I would highly recommend it from beginning to end. The experience started with Ondrej picking us up at our accommodation in Prague. The minivan was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, with water, snacks, and Wi-Fi available throughout the journey. Even the drive itself became part of the experience. Ondrej was very friendly and attentive, and he even asked us what kind of music we would like to listen to, which made the journey much more fun and relaxed. We were a small group, and I could really feel the difference compared to a typical large group tour. Ondrej was an incredible guide in Český Krumlov. He introduced us to the Old Town in a very knowledgeable, funny, kind, and engaging way. He is clearly very passionate about what he does, and his professionalism and personality made the experience so much better. I genuinely believe the day would have been completely different without him. He also took us to a fantastic local restaurant for lunch, where we had fresh, high-quality food. Beyond the main historical sights, Ondrej showed us some of his favorite local places and shops for souvenirs, which made the experience feel much more authentic and personal. Holašovice was also a really interesting and enjoyable part of the tour. I absolutely loved visiting the rural museum and hearing the stories about the family who lived there. Learning about the history and everyday life connected to that place gave me a different perspective on Czech culture and history, and I really enjoyed having the opportunity to visit somewhere a little different from the main tourist destinations. Overall, this was an amazing experience from beginning to end. The comfortable transportation, small group, beautiful destinations, great food, and especially the quality of the guiding made this tour truly memorable. If you are looking for a more personal, relaxed, and authentic way to visit Český Krumlov and Holašovice, I definitely recommend this tour. And if you are lucky enough to have Ondrej as your guide, you are in very good hands!
This was the perfect excursion from Prague to see more of Czechia! The tour was well paced -- never felt rushed or like we had too much time. Holašovice was an interesting and unique stop, but of course Český Krumlov was the big highlight. Such a beautiful and picturesque place, we loved having time to walk down from the top and experience amazing views and then free time to explore on our own. Ondřej was so communicative leading up to the trip and he and his tour partner were very knowledgeable and helpful.
