If one does not book directly with the respective boat rental, one is treated as a second-class guest and referred to a smaller boat without a glass bottom. Planned start: 1:00 PM. One should be on site 20 minutes prior for check-in. My name was not on the list, and the online ticket was not examined closely. Then one is waved through, and one should wait and return at 1:00 PM. Then the names of the bookings are read aloud for a roll call. My name was not among them, despite the booking. Upon inquiry, it was said that I had booked through another platform and had to take the smaller boat. Upon arrival, my companion and I had to realize that it was not a boat with a glass bottom, as booked. It was a smaller and older boat. Right next door, all the other passengers took their seats on the glass-bottom boat, and we could hear the tour guide starting the tour. Next to me and my companion was a third guest. None of us knew what was going on, what was happening, when we would start, nothing at all. Around 1:30 PM, suddenly about 12 more guests arrived with rental boats and took their seats on the boat, and then it finally got underway. We then visited 3 out of 4 booked stops. There were 2 swimming stops, as booked. All in all, it was still worth the money. (22.50€ per person.) 3 attractions and 2 swimming stops, plus some information from a tour guide - Tour duration: about 2 hours. We had fun and saw a lot of the island.
