Wonderfully gracious capitan. Muchas gracias. Perfect short ride for young children. Nice but short and safe period of waves.
The sailor we had (Oyer?) is a really positive and friendly man. We communicated mostly in French and Spanish (I'm American), but he speaks those and Basque--and maybe more--but not much English at all. He answered all my questions about the area that weren't part of the tour. Problematic was the British-English audioguide, which is an automated voice and not the smoothest translation. Plus, it was a bit glitchy on my older Samsung phone. If they can redo the English translation using a real person's voice, it could be a really good "self-guided" tour for anglophones from the States (I can't speak for the other languages featured or how Brits would receive it). That said, it was great to be out on the sea on a hot and humid summer day (we went at 6:00 PM to avoid peak sun and crowds) cruising around and observing the locals do what they do on the sea (fishing, swimming, flying planes, hanging out on their boats, etc.). The only other thing missing was a glass of champagne--but I suppose that is for another kind of tour.

Super nice walk. We had a great time. Highly recommended. We knew Hondarriabi but not from this perspective. Lovely Oier and Aintzane. They did their best so we could enjoy the ride in good weather and in the best conditions. Thank you!
