I was very excited to book this transfer with Viator. The vehicle was big enough to fit 5 adults with multiple pieces of luggage each and we still had room to spare. We were running a bit behind and the driver was great and remained in constant communication with us until we loaded the vehicle. She helped us with our bags bothered loading and unloading and chatted with us along the way with tips, recommendations and even a few jokes. We arrived at our destination in no time and we were on our way. The process from booking to drop off was streamlined and seamless.

Great Driver, Disappointing Customer Service
Our driver was great. He arrived as scheduled, was professional, courteous, and made the transfer pleasant. No complaints whatsoever regarding him or the actual transportation.
Unfortunately, our experience with the company’s customer service was disappointing. We learned that our cruise already included a complimentary transfer and contacted the company 16 hours before pickup to cancel. They refused any refund because their policy requires 24 hours’ notice, with no exception offered.
While I understand having a cancellation policy, the lack of flexibility or consideration for the circumstances left a poor impression. Again, this review is not a reflection of our driver, who did an excellent job, but rather the company’s handling of the situation.

We understand your disappointment. However, a complimentary transfer offered by the cruise does not qualify for a refund once the 24-hour cancellation deadline has passed.
The travel agency that booked your transfer through Viator was responsible for informing you of OPAWEY’s cancellation terms and, upon learning about the complimentary transfer, arranging cancellation within that deadline. We received the request 16 hours before pickup, outside the permitted cancellation window.
As a gesture of goodwill, we provided a complimentary upgrade to a Mercedes-Benz S-Class with one of our excellent drivers a service worth twice the original booking value. Our aim was to help you enjoy your already-paid transfer with exceptional comfort and care.

Great experience
Our driver was so helpful. Our plane landed and sat on the runway for an hour and then it took another hour to get through customs and get our luggage. He kept in contact with us and ended up being right there for us when we needed him and got us to our cruise on time . Thank you

Fantastic transfer service
Absolutely fantastic transfer service!We were picked up from our hotel in syntagma Square Athens. The van was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. The driver was extremely professional, friendly, punctual, and made the whole journey smooth and relaxing. Communication was excellent, and we felt safe and well looked after throughout the transfer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and stress-free transfer service. We would definitely use them again!
