They left us lying in the harbor, nobody came to pick us up, we called and nobody knew anything about our tour. We had to hire a new tour in the port.

I would like to clarify that our guide was present outside the harbour at the scheduled time and was ready to pick you up. I also sent a message and followed up with several calls to communicate this; however, effective communication was unfortunately hindered by a language barrier, as I communicate exclusively in English. As a result, you elected to proceed with an alternative tour operator who was able to provide services in Spanish. While we fully understand your decision, I would like to confirm that our guide was available and prepared to conduct the tour as originally arranged. Kind regards, Masimba tours

I had an amazing time on my game drive with Masimba Tours in Addo Elephant Park. From the moment we were picked up, everything was handled professionally and with such warmth and hospitality. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and truly passionate about the wildlife and the park. We were blessed to see elephants up close, as well as zebras, buffalo, kudu, and even some shy warthogs. The guide made sure we had the best viewing opportunities and shared so much insight about the animals, their behavior, and the park’s ecosystem. It wasn’t just a drive—it was an educational and inspiring experience. The vehicle was comfortable and well-suited for game viewing. Safety and guest comfort were clearly a priority throughout.
