I had provided my flight arrival info and details booking this well in advance. I never heard from the driver. While inflight to the airport they canceled my booking leaving me to have to make other travel arrangements.
I see other reviews have had a similar experience so be aware if you book.

Unfortunately, our service operates on a pre-booked basis, and we are not a taxi service with vehicles permanently available at the airport for immediate dispatch.
We understand that this may have caused inconvenience, and we regret that we could not meet your transportation needs at that time. Your payment was fully refunded, and no charge was retained for the cancelled booking.

Ordered transport never came
Very bad service- we have arrived to Belgrade airport at 3 am and were waiting at the meeting point over 25 min just to be told that the service was cancelled and had to organise our own taxi. Very bad and poor service

Great ride to the hotel!!
Milo’s was a great driver and he patiently waited until we cleared a long line in customs and got our luggage. He was interesting and informative on our drive to the hotel. Great experience for arriving in Belgrade.

Airport Transfer Service
Milos was a great guide to get us to the place we were staying. He arrived early and waited for us to get our bags, loaded then for us and gave us some great recommendations!
