Unforgettable fragrance
A truly unforgettable experience in the heart of Florence! We participated in a fantastic perfumery workshop in a historic perfumery and created our own personal perfume using only natural, non-synthetic ingredients.
It was also fascinating to discover the tradition of Renaissance perfumery and the ancient recipes dating back to the 15th and 16th centuries.
Special thanks to Nicoletta, an extraordinary perfumer, and to all the staff, always kind, helpful, and very professional. The service was organized in several languages, and the attention to each participant was impeccable.
An experience we absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to experience something special and authentic in Florence.

Scam fraudulent listing
This company listed 3 different perfume making classes under different names with different prices, same address. After you booked a class , you receive a long text from Svetlana explaining that the listed prices have changed and you would need to pay an additional amount once you get to the venue but if you wanted a cheaper option to go to a different address at a different time not listed on their trip advisor page. Once I called out the lady and her scam/fraudulent listing, she proceeded to insult me and threaten harm to me via the Italian police or her people. I called out her bluff and said...yes let's go to the police so they are aware of your. scam.. Thief. This led to a long text messages exchanges where she eventually says she refunded my money...till date my money has not been refunded. Be aware.

Excellent experience, we created a natural, high-quality perfume; the staff was super helpful and professional, and I especially thank the perfumer, Nicoletta. I recommend it, it is definitely to be repeated, the price is super affordable, and it is as described.

Tourist Trap!
Trap!!!! Don’t use this experience!!!
I paid prior to the experience and then they said we didn’t pay, even after showing evidence of payment.
Don’t fall for it!!!
They will ask you to pay twice!!

The guest was clearly informed before the workshop that an additional €55 payment for materials was mandatory. This information was explicitly stated in the product description under the section “What is not included”.
The guest completed the full perfume workshop, received the final perfume created during the experience, and only afterwards refused to accept the payment conditions.
After the experience, the guest continued a long WhatsApp conversation with accusations and threats. We have saved all communication, including WhatsApp messages and Viator correspondence, and we will provide all documentation to Viator Support for review.
Despite the situation, we proceeded with a refund as a gesture of goodwill.
We consider this review defamatory, as it contains statements that are not true, and we reserve our right to take further action if necessary. Our priority is to protect the reputation of our professional and high-quality service

Hidden gem, right by the Duomo
This experience was amazing! We were not rushed at all and literally spent hours there, which flew by! Nicci and Anisia were the sweetest ladies and made us feel so welcome. It was so affordable as well, that we made signature fragrances for ourselves and friends to bring home. Cannot say enough good things about this hidden gem! Highly recommend!!!
