鎌倉プライベートツアー：大仏＆武家の歴史

Taki was truly an expert and engaging guide! She took us to visit the most evocative and beautiful spots in Kamakura, planning the best route to discover the most authentic parts of the city! We had lunch together in a typical place, living the experience of local restaurants. During the temple visits, she described customs and historical details in detail to immerse us in the true traditions. We recommend this tour to truly create a precious memory of the visit to the city, with the knowledge of a fantastic person. Chiara and Matteo

Taki was truly exceptional, and our day in Kamakura became one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. If you are looking for a guide who will give you a personal, meaningful experience of Kamakura, choose Taki. Taki is from Kamakura, and his connection to the area made such a difference. He planned a perfect day specifically for us and took advantage of the beautiful weather. We started by riding the charming old Enoden train to the coast, where we were treated to an incredible view of Mt. Fuji rising beyond the Pacific Ocean. What a way to begin our first full day in Japan! Throughout the day, Taki guided us through some of Kamakura’s most beautiful and important places, including Hase-dera Temple, Kotoku-in and the Great Buddha, Jomyo-ji, Hokoku-ji and its beautiful bamboo garden, and the Yukinoshita area. One of the things we appreciated most was everything Taki taught us along the way. He explained Japanese customs and showed us the proper way to enter, behave, pray, and show respect when visiting temples and shrines. Those lessons gave so much more meaning to everything we were seeing. We would never have learned or understood nearly as much had we explored Kamakura on our own. Taki also chose an excellent place for lunch. I have a food allergy, and he had clearly paid attention to this when planning our day. He carefully made sure the food was safe for me, which allowed me to relax and enjoy the meal. That level of thoughtfulness meant a great deal to me. Another huge benefit was having Taki meet us directly at our hotel in Tokyo and travel with us by train to Kamakura. This was our first full day in Japan, and we were still learning the train system. Having him there to guide us through the stations and trains was invaluable and made the entire day easy from beginning to end. Most of all, Taki is simply a kind, pleasant and wonderful person to spend the day with. We genuinely enjoyed getting to know him. By the end of our tour, we felt we had experienced far more than a sightseeing trip. We came away with a much deeper understanding of Kamakura, its history, culture, traditions and people. There is no way we would have visited so many places or gained such a comprehensive understanding of Kamakura on our own. Taki’s service went far beyond our expectations. We are so grateful we chose to experience Kamakura with him, and we will never forget our day together. If you have the opportunity to tour Kamakura with Taki, book him. He made our first full day in Japan something we will remember for years.

Taki is a FANTASTIC guide- I had such a lovely morning exploring Kamakura and learning about its incredible history. Taki is extremely knowledgable, and covered quite a bit of ground in the 3 hour tour while not making it feel rushed. I highly recommend this tour, and have already recommended it to two separate groups I met later in the week!

Takumi was great! Nice gentleman who tailored the tour my requirements! He explained the local culture and the history of the different locations we visited. I highly recommend him!

He organized the tour with a lot of expertise, enthusiasm, and humor. All information was explained clearly, and he always took time for questions. I was particularly impressed by his friendliness and his dedication. This made the tour an unforgettable experience. I can recommend him without reservation and would book a tour with him again at any time. Thank you very much for the great care!

I booked a custom-made tour with Taki, and it ended up being one of the highlights of my time in Japan. He tailored the day around exactly what I had requested, which made the experience feel very personal rather than rushed or overly structured. I really enjoyed our conversations throughout the day, not only about the history and cultural sites we visited, but also about life in Japan in general. Taki was incredibly knowledgeable about both Buddhism and Shinto, and I found those discussions especially interesting because he explained things in a way that was easy to understand and connected them to everyday Japanese culture. The tour felt relaxed, engaging, and thoughtfully planned. It never felt like I was simply being moved from one tourist spot to another. Taki was professional, warm, and very easy to spend the day with. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting a more personalised experience and a deeper understanding of Japan beyond the standard tourist information.
