Fantastic experience in Essaouira. The horses were clearly well cared for and well trained, calm and responsive. The guides were kind and patient with the beginners in our group, giving them a great introduction to riding. I'm an experienced rider myself, and they let me gallop along the beach, which was incredible. My horse was attentive and responsive the entire ride, easy to communicate with even at a full gallop. Highly recommend for riders of any level.

The activity was great, Hassan is an incredibly kind guide, he is patient and takes the time to take great photos and videos for you.

I cannot recommend it to you.
I cannot recommend this excursion to you. I feared for my safety during the ride for several reasons. First, although the guide was an experienced rider, he did not speak English or French very well. Without good communication, he could not offer directions or instructions for a safe and comfortable ride. Next, the horse was not the best option for a beginner like me. And, finally, after finishing the tour around 9 p.m., I was left on the side of the road in a small town to find a taxi all by myself. The photos are pretty but the experience is not worth the risks involved. Book in advance with a more experienced organization.

Comme vous le mentionnez vous-même, votre guide est un cavalier expérimenté. Je comprends néanmoins que la communication ait pu être plus difficile pour vous en raison de la langue. Nous prenons cette remarque très au sérieux, car même avec un guide expérimenté, il est important que chaque cavalier puisse comprendre les indications et les consignes données tout au long de la balade.
Nous demandons toujours le niveau d’équitation de nos clients avant le départ afin de leur attribuer un cheval adapté. Si, malgré cela, vous ne vous êtes pas sentie à l’aise avec votre cheval, j’en suis sincèrement désolée. Nous aurions bien entendu pu intervenir ou vous proposer un autre cheval si vous nous aviez signalé votre inconfort pendant la balade.
Enfin, concernant la fin de l’excursion, je souhaite apporter une précision. Comme indiqué sur notre page, le service de pick-up et de drop-off n’est pas inclus dans l’expérience. Malgré cela, nous aidons régulièrement nos clients à trouver un taxi lorsqu’ils en ont besoin. Nous regrettons sincèrement que vous ayez eu le sentiment d’avoir été laissée seule à la fin de votre balade, car ce n’est certainement pas l’expérience que nous souhaitons offrir à nos clients, et j’aurais souhaité que cette situation nous soit signalée afin que nous puissions immédiatement vous aider.
Je respecte bien entendu votre ressenti, même s’il ne reflète pas les standards d’accueil, d’accompagnement et de sécurité que nous nous efforçons d’offrir chaque jour.
Merci malgré tout d’avoir souligné la qualité des photos. Votre retour nous permettra également d’être encore plus attentifs à la communication avec nos cavaliers débutants à l’avenir.

We had a wonderful experience horseback riding!
The stable was full of beautiful horses and super welcoming people and also one super cute dog 😍
They made sure that every person, even us as a couple would have the best experience- if you have different levels of experience in horseback riding, they organise a riding buddy for each.
Also I got offered a helmet and with it came a hairnet for the hygiene.
Before the ride they asked us for our levels so they also got find the fitting horses. 🐴
Furthermore they took amazing pictures of us at the beach.
We definitely will be back! :)

The wonderful woman that...
The wonderful woman that owned this stable was so kind and patient with us. Her staff is perfectly trained. She drank tea with us afterwards and made us feel like we were at home. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in horses 🐎

Amazing private horse riding experience in Essaouira
Thank you for such a lovely horse riding experience in Essaouira.
I had a private 3-hour solo ride with my guide Lhssen and the horse Ruzgar, and it was honestly such a peaceful and enjoyable trip. The whole experience felt very personal and relaxed, and everyone was so welcoming.
A special mention to Waffa (beautiful as the views you experience on the tour), who owns the stable and is actually the only woman stable owner in Diabat, which makes the place even more special. After the ride, I was also offered lovely mint tea, which was a really nice way to finish.
If I visit Essaouira again, I would definitely come back to the same place. Highly recommend!
