We called and texted through the app, and he didn't even answer. He didn't show up, so we had to take a taxi. The reservation had been in place for over two months. Unpresentable
The driver shared information about the area for me. The driver was very pleasant, personable and professional
Ed was our driver. He arrived on time, was very friendly and professional and managed to find an alternative route to get us to the airport on time despite heavy traffic.
Our driver, Don, was outstanding! Very professional and much appreciated. Would definitely book again and would request Don each time.
Disappointed they could not give me a ride when needed. Arranged ride nearly a week before. But when I called, the day before , they were unable to pick me up. Called a cab.
Great transfer to the airport. Out driver Jimmy was right on time and got us to the airport in plenty of time. Also told us about many places that we drove by which was very informative ! Ty
