First trip to Aruba and using Tripadvisor to book transportation. Private roundtrip for family of four for seven day trip. Price point excellent. Communication with operator was easy. Vehicles were clean and spacious. Drivers were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. On time for pick up and depart. Overall good experience.

Ziggy and Andrew were amazing, from the moment I booked this. They were efficient with communication, when I landed and turned my phone on a message was waiting for me letting me know the name of the driver, what kind of car would be outside waiting. Once we were in the vehicle Andrew was engaged with us, held a natural flowing conversation with us, and the vehicle was super clean and spacious.

It was great our driver was waiting outside for us, he was very friendly and nice. He was very informative and funny. He was telling us about the island. I would definitely do it again.

Meeting spot at airport was a bit confusing but the airport agents were extremely helpful in assisting us the location of our driver. Our driver was welcoming, polite and safe. Our return pick up from airport was smooth. A confirmation pick up time was confirmed the day before and our driver arrived on time.

We had Andrew for both rides to and from the airport. He found us at the terminal when we arrived which was helpful instead of us looking for his car. He gave us some great ideas for restaurants and things to do. He made us feel welcome.

Reasonable price, driver was prompt. Very friendly when it came to answering questions about the island and offering suggestions for activities. Make sure you have the phone number that he provides to you to call upon arrival for a much smoother pick up.

Waited in the heat outside the airport for about 30 minutes just being told a car was on the way. Watched others get helped by the same company and many get taxis right away. Our driver when he finally arrived was very nice and apologetic and explained why he was late but we couldn’t understand why another driver wasn’t called to come get us when they knew ours would be so late. The whole point was to not have to wait for a taxi or deal with any confusion and have a car waiting for us when we arrived. We should have just gotten a taxi. There were plenty of them at airport.

Outstanding service with Andy. Great driver, attentive and personable. He was punctual and did a great job getting us to the resort. Highly recommend for your transportation needs.
