Really good experience however customer service at the front desk and the manager on shift were terrible. Kj was so rude to us and Emily the manger wasnt helpful at all. She had us waiting for an hour to sort out our issue and then told us as we missed our original time slot we would need to wait another hour before one would be available. I sent an email of complaint on August 29th and they've completely ignored it and not responded. Again shows how poor there customer services is. There's also no contact number that you can call to speak to someone.

What a complete and absolute waste of £150 We were a couple spending my partners birthday in London so thought we would do something fun well it was not fun it was awful. Was told we could choose games and whole experience was one and half hours. We never got to choose any games was told mystery or skill. And driving round a room in a mobility scooter was just ridiculous, Was not given correct amount of time and host was rude and arrogant. We did games that were stupid and not original games Our whole experience lasted 50 mins when we complained to the manager he laughted in our faces and said write a review The whole place is tired and old honestly don’t waste your money and to top it all off when we went to get our photos the camera had malfunctioned Don’t waste your money go and watch a show instead

It was very authentic to the TV show but very rushed and the guide didn't really explain the games properly before starting the timer. Could have done more games for the amount it cost. The set up of the games area is very like the show and it was fun getting from area to area. I do feel as with all the experiences that an actual price at the end would be better, like a free drink at the bar or a keyring etc.

my partner and I loved this, as others as said it's about as close to the TV show as you will get. The Maze Master DJ was great fun and really helped make the experience SO much fun. It was tiring but a great buzz. I can see how this would be awesome for big groups of friends, families or stag groups too! The maze itself had the 4 zones, really well laid out and the games were great. BUT.... we were lucky in that it was just the 2 of us so we played 10 games. Had we been with a bigger group and especially people we don't know we would have spent a lot of time watching other people play the games, so my advice, book a group. Also, don't bother with the photos, we paid £15 and got 3 photos - which was 2 different pictures, despite there being lots more taken on the day

Brilliant! You really felt like the sets were the same as the original on TV, and our quiz master DJ JD absolutely made it. We were put in with a group we didn't know but it didn't matter as everyone was cheerful, willing to have a go, and DJ helped everyone gel, keeping a high energy vibe going throughout. - we were a mix of ages from teens to middle aged and everyone had a great time. Lots of games fitted in to the time, would recommend 100%, but you do need to have reasonable fitness for some of the bits (everyone has to crawl briefly)

Very impressed. Great sets, lots of fun games and Daria our guide was fabulous. Very much enjoyed ourselves.

Great experience took us back to our younger days had loads of fun with these games, not as easy as it looked on tv lol

Went and did the crystal maze experience what a great few hours, brings back memories from childhood hood

Booked a month ago for teenage son’s 18th birthday. Showed up at 17:00 and, without any communication, they had no one to take us through the maze. Sat there for an hour listening to everyone else go through the maze. Atrocious.
