Dear guest, Our product has four options. The Forbidden City is closed every Monday, so we do not offer the Forbidden City service on Mondays. Only the Tiananmen Square option is available for Monday bookings. Right after you placed the order, I messaged you immediately to inform you. I also sent you a reminder message one day before your trip. After arrival, you found the Forbidden City was closed and asked for a refund for the Forbidden City. I have explained this to you many times. We never charged you for the Forbidden City, so we cannot issue this refund. Entry to Tiananmen Square is free. Your admission time was in the morning, yet you messaged us at 17:00 stating you failed to enter. You cannot provide evidence to prove you actually arrived at the site.
