We were on time at the meeting point Mole Margeritha in Monopoli, but the skipper did not take us at 12:00 p.m. because he claimed to have informed us of a new appointment by email. This did not demonstrably happen. Your email on 09/07/2026 to our email address at 10:24 a.m. confirmed the departure time of 12:00 p.m. once again. Refund me 90€ for tour costs, 10€ for parking fees, and 10€ for gas for the useless trip due to non-fulfillment of the contract. You have my account details. I expect the refund by 09/11/2026. It is a pity that this annoyance occurred.

Crocantti contacted us at midnight, just hours before the scheduled activity, to inform us that we could no longer attend because they had overbooked the tour. They offered us two alternative times, but unfortunately neither was possible for us as we were leaving our accommodation to catch our flight back to the UK. Despite this, we still attended the agreed meeting point at the original scheduled time, hoping that the situation could somehow be resolved. At that point, the temperature was around 34°C, and I was with my two young children. They were extremely hot, upset and disappointed, and eventually cried throughout the experience. To our complete surprise, Domenico then left us without any meaningful explanation and proceeded to arrange another boat trip with a larger group of nine people, apparently together with someone called Paula. When I asked Domenico to explain why our booking had been cancelled while other customers were being accommodated, my questions were completely ignored. What made the situation even more concerning was that we witnessed another family, also with a child, experiencing what appeared to be exactly the same treatment. They were extremely upset and left the location in tears. This was not simply a disappointing experience. We had made plans around this booking, travelled to the agreed location with our children, and were then effectively abandoned because the operator had overbooked the activity. I strongly recommend that you investigate this operator and review whether Crocantti should remain on your platform. In my view, this behaviour is completely unacceptable and does not meet the standards customers should reasonably expect from a company promoted through your platform. I will also be sharing my experience through Google Reviews so that other customers are aware of how Domenico and the Crocantti team treated us. I would appreciate a full investigation and an appropriate resolution to this complaint.

These guys (Domenico? Sorry can’t spell Italian 😂) from Croccante tours were the best hosts ever! They had a beautiful boat and so much information on the coast, it was so good! We had an amazing swimming spot with prosecco and focaccia, cannot fault! Whoever wrote the bad reviews are clearly bad trolls !!!

We went on a boat excursion between Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, visiting some truly evocative caves. The skipper Domingo was very competent and knowledgeable, while Benedetta accompanied us with friendliness and professionalism, telling us the history and curiosities of the various places. We also had an aperitif on board and had plenty of time to enjoy the sea with a nice swim. Highly recommended experience, definitely worth doing again!

Never showed up. We, our part of 10, waited 45 minutes then found a phone number online that wouldn’t answer so we txt it. They replied saying they had last minute engine problem. They later said they tried to message me the day before. What a scam.

Lovely experience on the beautiful coast of Puglia. They showed us the many caves and took us to Polignano and Monopoli. We got to swim in the clear blue waters. It was really wonderful. I highly reccomend❤️

DO NOT BOOK. The boat did not depart, the other small boats at the pier informed us that this situation has been going on for a long time and that many have been scammed.
