Alex was amazing. The service was seamless and safe. Alex was waiting for us at arrivals and drove us two hours to Chania. We were greeted with water and friendly service and were safely transported to our hotel. Would highly highly recommend.
Very comfortable ride and the driver was very courteous and informative. We saw the sunset and the driver educated us about the island of Crete.
Our experience with Route C was perfect - George was extremely responsive, checking in with us to confirm our travel arrangements, and seamlessly made adjustments to accommodate us when our ferry was delayed. Our driver, Alex, was excellent - he was prompt, professional and great conversation on the 2 hour drive to Chania. We will definitely book with them again. Highly recommend!
George was AMAZING! Personalable and helpful from first contact to confirm booking and then throughout multiple contacts with him do to a crucial change in our plans "thanks" to the airlines. He worked with us and found a driver for our new time and this a long two hour transfer from Heraklion to Chania. So grateful to him and his driver for extraordinary customer service!
George and his team at Route C were AMAZING! From my initial contact before arrival to confirm booking directly with them the actual vendor, to a critical last minute change in our needs with a two hour transport, George took great care of us. On time pick up from the JW Marriott in Chania and early drop off at the Heraklion airport. Nice clean van.
George picked us up straight off the ferry. He led us to his very comfortable Mercedes van and gave us bottles of water. We had a relaxing ride to Chania with George surving as a friendly, unobtrusive guide. Highly recommended transfer service.

Had an amazing experience with George - he picked us up from the airport, communicated with me a few days beforehand to make sure we knew we’d be taken care of, and gave us a very safe, comfortable and pleasant 2 hour journey to Chania. George offered us water and even cough drops for our scratchy throats, and had amazing sightseeing recommendations for us and even better conversation. Could not recommend enough.
