No one actually tells you what boat you are on, we had to ask about 5 different boats if they recognised the viatour ticket. Until eventually we found the right boat. Other than that the trip was good. But there is an extra fee of 30 euros per person to actually visit the island of Lokrum.
It is a relaxing island as you can explore and swim at the beach and the lake. The tour we took brought us to Lokrum, but we had to pay the island entrance fee separately. It also included stops at two other beaches. If you only want to explore Lokrum Island, I recommend checking the official Lokrum website. The official ferry ticket includes both the round-trip ride and admission to the island. So it really depends on what you want to do. If Lokrum is your main destination, the official ferry may be the simpler option.
Well worth it for the money it was well organised not too expensive and I would definitely recommend it.

He was highly flexible with the itinerary; since we had already been to Lokrum Island, he kindly took us to the gorgeous St. Jacob's Beach instead. Highly recommend this pleasant experience!"
The entrance to the island of Lokrum, €30, seems excessive to me. The rest was fine although we caught the water murky and you couldn't see anything while snorkeling

Snorkeling visibility depends on natural sea conditions, which can vary from day to day and are unfortunately outside our control.

The tour was nice, the island of Lokrum is very beautiful from a naturalistic point of view, with peacocks walking around the tourists and crystal-clear sea. St. James beach is nothing interesting, all in the sun without any possibility of shade unless you pay. A note for those who intend to take the same tour, there is an additional cost not specified at the time of booking, namely 30€ for adults and 5€ for students to access Lokrum. Therefore, for the same cost, consider other tours with more islands.

The trip was canceled without letting us know. We spent 2 hours waiting for them. The situation was stressful and messed up our plans for 1 and half days.
