Really wanted to be able to give 5 stars but unfortunately can’t, the communication was really good beforehand telling me what to look for and when my driver would be there only to come out of arrivals around 40 minutes after landing and nobody was there, had to call up and they did get someone to us but had to wait another 20-25 minutes and search for the car outside which we didn’t need at 1am in the morning, the car was nice and clean and driver was polite though
Driver was waiting for me at airport, even though my flight arrived late. Ride to hotel was comfortable and efficient . Thank you !

Unfortunately, I cannot give an excellent review. After giving the exact name and address and the specific needs they weren’t done. The driver seemed very unhappy and took us to the wrong hotel even after we showed him on our phones and told him multiple times. It was very frustrating. In the end, we did get to our hotel after insisting.
Dear Judith, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced during your transfer. It seems there was a misunderstanding due to two hotels having very similar names, which unfortunately led to the confusion. While our team always aims to double-check all details, we regret that this wasn’t clarified earlier and caused an unpleasant experience. We hope to have the chance to provide a much smoother experience next time.
