The monument was great. The Viator contractor didn’t show up. I spent almost an hour waiting before finally giving up and waiting in line to buy my own tickets for a self guided tour. I will never book through Viator again.

I recommend Monte St. Michael. But very windy until you get there, if you go on foot. Some buses are also far away. But inside the mountain there's not much wind. The best time should be April/June. In March there was wind and some rain. We went on our own and stayed overnight in Pontorson, which has nothing special. We ate at the Grillon I recommend. But then I realized that the best option mermaid Caen! But worth it, the mountain is seen in half a day. The route is circular. There are 15 rooms to visit and 3 floors. Spectacular view.

Great tour Bousso - Benusdi Thioune of Mont Saint Michel Village. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Enjoyed spending time with her and would highly recommend.

Our guide Bousso did a wonderful job of pacing the tour, (breaks for talk and info are welcome with the stairs) she was delightful and informative. Highly recommended!!!

The tour was cancelled about 2 hours before it was to be held. We saw the cancellation only 1 hour before the tour was going to take place. This was planned a month ahead of time, payed for and "confimed" of OG Tours. This is just not right to cancel so late without a backup plan. We ae tourists and have no idea of this venue and the cancelling without a backup plan was just too much. Poor planning!

Bousso is an amazing tour guide! She is reliable, responsive, and punctual. She is also incredibly knowledgeable about the Abbey and the surrounding area and more than willing to share its history with others! She even has an adventurous side so be sure to wear your walking shoes! There are lots of shops and places to eat around the Abbey so leave extra time to have a meal and enjoy your time there if you can. When I missed my original tour date, Bousso went above and beyond to reschedule a time for me to see the Abbey. And when my train back to Paris was unexpectedly canceled, she went out of her way to make sure that I got back to the city safely and on time. Bousso is not only a great tour guide, but she is also a lovely human being. I can't recommend her enough and will certainly be contacting her again when I return in the future!

Our guide Bousso did the best she could under the circumstances: there was a crazy world at Mont-Saint-Michel on this Ascension holiday. The wait for the shuttles was compensated by a huge amount of information, delivered with enthusiasm and humor. And thank you again for his welcome while we arrived a little late because of the traffic jam on a few kilometers to get to our destination.

Bousso was a terrific guide. She is very friendly & knowledgeable about Mont St. Michel. She told multiple stories & explained the history. It was an enjoyable tour. Highly recommend it.
