AJA GLOBAL TOURS was a very bad experience for me and a friend. We booked separately for the Pantheon, Rome for 10th October 2026 at 1.30pm and the tickets for both of us came for 9th October 1.30pm which we were unable to use as we had a previous booking for a day trip to Naples. We feel that we have been scammed as they say that the error is ours and have refused a refund
We are working under Viator platform and all reservation come from there. We can not change anything regarding your booking date and time, otherwise Viator will cancel and refund you. You made a booking by mistake and it was after the possibility time to change it. We booked the pantheon fast pass tour iin the morning for 1330. At that time we looked all around and never received email from AJA global tours and was not able to locate anyone. We saw other groups from Viator and there only help was ro call number listed. We were unable to get an answer. Not to be disappointed and it is now past 1330 we paid for another tour. Will not use again and would like a refund.
You completely know that you are sharing false information. We have all communication screenshots. According to the information on the voucher, we send the tickets by WhatsApp. Then, you did not have WhatsApp; we asked you several times through the App and called you to get your email address to send the tickets. But, you answered none of our communications. We have all the screenshots of our communications. Was terribly disappointed. I thought it came with an audio guide, only to find out that you were supposed to download something and use your phone as the audio guide. It did not work. Zero stars for this company.
I think that is your first time you have booked a visit with audio guide. If you search in the google to find out what is an audio guide mean, it says that it is an recorded audio that is given to the client as a digital file. So, the client play it on his/her phone and listen to it during the visit. Now, our audio guide is a professional digital audio that you can play directly as a stream or download and play it. All the agencies suffer from such clients like you that is the first time participate in a tour without knowing the minimum information and understanding. AJA Global Tours
Such an easy experience. I purchased our tickets 2 nights prior for a 9:30am entry. I messaged the guide in the app immediately after to ensure the tickets would come through my email. The tickets arrived the night before and on the morning of, the tickets were actually adjusted to 9am from 9:30. We arrived about 20 minutes before 9 and ended up being some of the first people in the Pantheon that morning. My wife and I were able to get plenty of photos with barely anybody in the background (bring a magnetic travel camera if you can) and then take our time enjoying parts of the audio tour. I would definitely recommend this if you are someone who prefers self paced tours.

They did not send our tickets until 10 PM the night before and made a mistake and only sent one ticket. Very stressful getting the second ticket in time for us to enter and we did not get the audio to work until after we were already finished. Next time I would just pass.

Our tour with Victor was wonderful! He was so knowledgeable and the areas we were shown outside of Oía were amazing and not crowded at all. Oía was gorgeous just very crowded of course. Highly recommend this tour! You won’t regret it one bit! It paid for itself in my mind skipping that Gondola line. We were 1 of 3 cruise ships that were there that day and being the first off our ship didn’t mean we were the first to port. We simply got on the other boat and sailed directly to the next port, boarded our van and headed on to many beautiful sites. It was perfect!

Easy to use and quick entry. Tickets were sent night before as mentioned when purchasing. We didn’t use the audio within the Pantheon but listened before.
