A great tour of Ephesus
We enjoyed a great tour with Char and driver Hassan on a cruise port trip. Everything went very smoothly from pick up to drop off and Char was very knowledgeable about the Ephesus site and the area. We would definitely recommend 👌

No pickup-out $80
I was told via chat that the tour bus would be at the cruise port at 10:00am. When we arrived we went to the Kusadasi port gate where shuttles pick up & waited until 10:30am. Texted tour operator several times. Finally heard beck when we gave up & hired a taxi. Offered to arrange pick up then, but we were already enroute to Ephesus. Was put on hold while representative checked in with operator, then got disconnected, no return call. I’ve had other good experiences with Trip Advisor/Viator but this was not one.

Dear Angelique Thanks for your comment. You booked a Hop on Hop off service through our company and I hope you knew what that service was meant. It is clearly mentioned at our tour page that customers should contact us for pick up instructions as you will not be picked from by your name like private tours. You didnt contact us but as per your booking we tried to reach you from 07:00 to inform that 10:00 am departure was full and we would take you for 10:30 departure. But the number you entered for booking was not reachable and it is still not reachable and we have messages there still not seen. We sent you 4-5 messages from viator chat as well to contact us from whatsapp but we didnt get any revert. Sorry for your experience but you should be careful for your future bookings in order not to experience same Thanks Koray

This was a great experience. I would definitely recommended using this company. Koray was our tour guide, he was really polite and spoke good english which was easy to understand all the information.

Great day out
Koray was an excellent guide. We got collected from our hotel and taken to temple of Artemis before going through Ephesus. He explained everything and was very knowledgeable and friendly, really enjoyed the tour. The museum interactive video part was also really good and bought it to life. So much history in one place. Would recommend using this company

A very nice visit to the site of Ephesus and the temple of artemis. Our guide knew his subject perfectly and accompanied us very well during this visit. This visit is one of the most famous in the region with good reason. The proposed tariff was entirely correct. I recommend.
