Varun came to pick us up from the airport on time and dropped us off right in front of our hotel. He was very friendly and it was a comfortable journey from airport to our hotel

Great service after a long flight. Driver was outside customs with my name easily visible. Very courteous and good driver! Well worth the money! Highly recommend!

Driver started texting me when we landed. That was good but then as we were going through security he said we had to be out by 10:10 or he was leaving and we would need to pay more. The pickup was scheduled for 11:00 not when we landed. I made sure there was adequate time to go through customs . The driver was good and said it was his management that dictated earlier message

The driver was clearly advised that the scheduled pick-up time for your booking was 11:AM and you were absolutely correct to plan sufficient time for customs and airport procedures. Unfortunately, the driver had arranged another trip outside of our knowledge around that time and became concerned about his schedule. This is why he contacted you earlier and mentioned additional charges, which should not have happened. Please rest assured that this situation has been addressed internally and we have reminded all drivers that they must strictly follow the confirmed booking time and our company policies. We appreciate you nothing that the driver himself was good during the transfer. We thank you for bringing this matter to our attention as it helps us improve our service. The driver did not appear to be present at the airport. A helpful competitor (!) was eventually able to reach the driver. The man finally showed up 45 minutes later. The man apologized and took care of our luggage. The car was recent and clean. Once in town the driver dropped us off at a wrong hotel (but from the same chain). However, we had given the street and house number when ordering. The counter clerk of the wrong hotel called the driver and 30 minutes later he finally took us to the right hotel. What should have been a half-hour transfer, all together became almost 2 hours. This was not nice.

This is not the standard of service we aim to provide, especially for what should have been a smooth and efficient private transfer. While we appreciate your acknowledgement of the driver's apology and the cleanliness of the vehicle, the waiting time and routing error understandably caused inconvenience and frustration. A transfer that should take approximately 30 minutes extending to nearly two hours is unacceptable and we take full responsibility for this. We have reviewed this incident internally with the driver to ensure - Strict adherence to scheduled arrival times - Improved communication procedures at pickup - Mandatory address verification before dropping off Your feedback helps us strengthen our systems and prevent such situations in the future. We truly regret that your experience did not reflect the reliable and punctual service we are known for.
