I had such a long and amazing dive! Once the instructor saw that I was comfortable and knew what I was doing, he let me dive on my own while keeping an eye on me from a distance. And honestly, you guys are the BEST! ❤️ I enjoyed every single moment of it. I know I was diving alone, but I really, really, REALLY didn’t feel alone. You guys cared so much and kept asking me if I needed anything or if everything was okay. Even though I was by myself, I never felt left out. Maybe at first you thought it was a little strange because of how I look, since you assumed I was a foreigner 😂 but honestly, that didn’t change a thing. You treated me so well from the very beginning. I literally just met you guys today, but I already love you sooooo much! ❤️😂 I wish I could remember the instructor name but really really he is amazing and so caring ✨ Once again thank you sooooooooooooooo much for every moment ❤️

🤿The dive instructor DIAB was friendly and accomodating, he explained everything and supported ME in my dive with expertise and care.🤩 😪My daughter however, whose 10th bday it was, was not treated well. She was sea sick 🤮, ignored and couldn't stand for most of the journey. The crew did not acknowledge her birthday (Despite me informing the agent beforehand) the lack of care and negligence shown for her was unacceptable. The trip lasted a gruelling 10 hours as there were far TOO MANY divers, all given 2 opportunities to dive (It was advertised as 08:00-16:00.... we got back at 18:30) The 'refreshments" were sparse (non child friendly) and water was not even mentioned!!! Luckily our hotel supplied us with bottle water and crisp (Demand as much drinks as you need refreshments are allegedly part of the package). 📸 The photos of your dive will be beautiful but they will be misold and prices inflated especially if you have an English accent (Use google translate so you can understand that your being ripped off 😉). I give credit to the agent for trying to resolve the irreparable day, BUT nothing could change the detrimental experience and treatment of my daughter encountered on her milestone. To end on a good note.... The coral 🪸 and fish 🐟 were beautifully breathtaking.

For clarification, lunch, water and soft drinks are included in the excursion and should be available to guests during the day. The longer return time can occasionally occur due to operational or sea conditions, but we understand how exhausting this was for your family. Regarding the photographs, the photography service is operated independently and is not managed or priced by our company. Purchasing photos is completely optional, and we encourage guests to decline or negotiate directly if they are not comfortable with the price. We appreciate that, despite your disappointment, you acknowledged the efforts we made to address your concerns and highlighted the professionalism of members of our team. We sincerely wish your daughter a belated happy birthday and your family all the best.
What a day, the staff were brilliant, the cameraman captured some amazing shots. 1st time diving and my wife had a moment, they waited and calmed her down and made her feel safe, honestly 5star experience. The boat was top-notch, clean and well looked after.

I did my scuba diving baptism with them, I loved it, the crew was great, the guides were excellent, we had a guide for each person, so it was fantastic, I completely recommend it!
