Advertised as a 90 minute cruise but only lasted 45 minutes. They have a snack and liquor bar. Best views are on top side.

This was a tour that consisted of both a recorded portion as well as a live portion. The live person had no idea where she was or what she was saying. The recorded portion did not match up with where the boat was. Also, the downstairs was very loud as there was a group that decided to compete with the narration. When mentioned to the crew, they shrugged their shoulders and went on their way leaving us to deal with it. Lastly, tickets through viator were $34 each but walk ups on the dock were only $25, plainly advertised. I realize we pay more for this service, but that was the 1st time I've seen suck a delta.
We're sorry you didn't enjoy the Baltimore Sightseeing Cruise or the noisy guests on board. We have guests who want to hear the narration and others who want to enjoy their time together on the water, and we strive to accommodate both. The "live" narrator you mention was actually the boat's captain, and she did in fact know where she was and what she was talking about. As to the upcharge you mention booking with Viator/Tripadvisor, plenty of guests appreciate knowing that they are guaranteed a seat when our cruises and tours often sell out. Additionally, booking with Viator allows you to cancel up to 24 hours prior to your Watermark event, which you cannot do booking directly.
Dont book at viator or anywhere online. It’s a lot cheaper to book in person on site. Also online might show sold out when it is not in person. Book in person.
