プライベートツアー：ドゥブロヴニクからのツァブタットとコナヴールの日帰り旅行

Total waste of money. Driver had no idea what we were supposed to do or what itinerary was. .Was given the assignment 10 pm night before. Was supposed to be 5 hour tour. Were driven to Cavtat to a car park. Driver said there was nothing to do there. Drove up to top of mountain for view. Then was supposed to go to a restaurant in Dubrovnik area. Driver did not know where restaurant was, had to get directions. After lunch we still had two hours left on tour. Asked driver what tour company had planned. He said they told him nothing. So he drove us to Dubrovnik old town, dropped us at gate, said to text him when done and would pick us back up and return us to cruise port. So, basically, we paid a lot of money for a mediocre lunch, driving around seeing nothing, and walking ourselves around old town Dubrovnik. I would not recommend Viatour use this tour company again.

We had heard that Croatia was and under recognized gem and we weren't disappointed! Dubrovnik has such a rich history and the walled city is unbelievable. Evan was our driver and showed up in a very well kept Mercedes. He drove us around and provide historical context to the city and took us to a couple picture spots that provided a visual overview of the city. Cavtat was absolutely beautiful and we had time to wander around ourselves. Dubrovnik old town is so unique. We climbed the wall and walked around half the city looking into how folks live today - which is very similar to how they lived years ago. Inside the city they have some wonderful plazas and well kept streets where we enjoyed Lattes. One of the highlights was when John took us to Konavle where we had a traditional Croatian meal of Peka. It was, by far, the best lunch of our 14-day trip!
