Our guide Nico, was very knowledgeable around Basel & Swiss history. We have learned a lot about the city & it’s architecture. I can highly recommend Nico & this tour. Well done Nico

Juliana was very personable and knowledgeable. Gave us a nice overview of history, culture and architecture of Basel. We did this tour on our first afternoon in Basel. She was helpful in orienting us as a well as offering suggestions for dining and museums to visit making the rest of our stay more enjoyable.
Many thanks for your kind review! We’re so happy you enjoyed the tour—it was a delight guiding you in Basel. We hope to welcome you again soon!
Nico was an excellent guide, personable and knew the city well
We’re delighted you found our tour both informative and enjoyable. Thanks for spending your time with us. Safe trip home!
It is the worst tour I have ever bought It was a rip-off They stood us up and wanted to give us a consolation “mini tour” and did not respond for a refund VIATOR did not take responsibility nor did the provider / they changed the start time one morning before, moving it up more than 4 hours - and then they wanted to make us take an incomplete and very bad one half an hour before the one on the ticket We tied Extremely disappointed with the experience
Thank you for your message and for clarifying the situation. We understand that there was a misunderstanding regarding the tour operator, and we appreciate you taking the time to contact us and explain what happened. We are sorry to hear about the disappointing experience you had with the other tour. We always strive to provide our guests with a well-organized and enjoyable experience, and we are glad that this matter was clarified. We wish you all the best and hope you have many positive travel experiences in the future.
This is an amazing way to get to know the city of Basel! Petra was fantastic and had lots of knowledge about history as well as places we could visit during our stay. Highly recommend!
We’re very grateful for your kind feedback. Hosting you was a pleasure—safe travels and take care!
Great introductory tour of Basel. John was very nice and we enjoyed his company on this two hour tour. He even met us at our hotel which made it easy for us.
Many thanks for your thoughtful words. We greatly enjoyed hosting you and hope you have a smooth and safe trip back!
We enjoyed our tour with Petra today. There was my wife, my sister-in-law and her husband, and my brother-in-law. Petra told us of a lot of the history of Basel and gave us an excellent overview. Only item I would suggest is a microphone for the tour guide and headsets for the customers. Because of the traffic and other sounds, at times it was hard to hear her. It is nothing against Petra!! She did very well.
We really appreciate your kind feedback. Hosting you was a delight, and we hope you have a smooth and safe trip back home!
Petra was a perfect guide! She was knowledgeable and friendly. The walk around Basil was beautiful and informative.
