Do not book with this operator. The guide failed to show up and left us waiting outside a closed building. When we called him past the scheduled start time, he told us he canceled the tour because we were the only ones who booked. He never sent an advance notice or cancellation message. This is completely unprofessional and a massive waste of time. Avoid this service.
Alex was our guide, very knowledgeable and helpful beyond the tour itself. The self guided audio tour was exactly what we wanted and loved. Alex explained how the tour works, showed us how to navigate the tour app and gave alot of tips for exploring. We walked at our own pace which was great. Sometimes we walk fast and there are times we want to hang back and absorb. We may not gave explored this particular tour route if it weren't for the San Marco Tour with Gondola Traghetto Crossing. We recommend doing this on your first day!
This experience feels carefully crafted and high quality. It’s not something generic you download online. You really feel the personal touch behind it. Everything fits together nicely. A premium experience at a reasonable price. And the small gondola ride Traghetto was perfect.

A truly local experience, far from mass tourism. The traghetto is used by Venetians themselves, which makes it special. You discover quieter spots and lesser-known stories. It really feels like the real Venice. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something authentic.

Everything is well organized and very professional. A perfect activity to explore Venice on a reasonable budget.
We did this tour on our first day and it was the best decision. It gave us a clear overview of Venice and its main areas. Afterwards, we knew where to go and what we wanted to explore more. It saved us a lot of time. Perfect introduction to the city. And we live the tiny gondola ride.
