料理の旅は、セーデルマルムの南の玄関口、スカンストゥルから始まります。 かつては工業地帯であったが、伝統と現代の都市生活が出会う活気ある地区へと進化している。 ブティックやカフェ、地元企業などが立ち並ぶ賑やかなゲッタン通りを散策します。 まずは60年以上の歴史を持つ家族経営のシーフードショップで、珍味を味わいながらスウェーデンの豊かな漁業の伝統について学びます。 トレンディなSoFoを歩きながら、職人のチーズや生肉から伝統的なスウェーデン料理とモダンなスウェーデン料理まで、厳選されたレストランや専門店を訪れます。 道中では、この地域の歴史、文化、料理の遺産を探索します。 旅の締めくくりは、30年近く手作りのプラリネやペストリー、ケーキが作られている有名なチョコレート工房。 スウェーデンのフィカで締めくくり、手作りのお菓子や濃厚なホットチョコレートを楽しみながら、風味豊かなセーデルマルム散策の締めくくりに。

Wonderful food tour! 💯 We ate so many different foods. The guide was very knowledgeable. And we saw so many hidden gems of Stockholm. Thank you!
A lot of walking but great choices for food. The final place offers a ramen dish that is extremely hot-spicy.

One of the best food tours we’ve taken in Europe! Absolutely delicious food and well worth it. We ate very unique meats that we typically wouldn’t have tried and of course had the traditional pickled herring and Swedish meatballs. The chocolate was incredible and don’t sleep on the Swedish street food! Overall amazing food tour and highly recommend! Oliver was a great guide!

Fun walking tour with a bit of Swedish culture mixed in. Good variety with herring and meatballs and moose and bear and a crazy drunken mishmash food wrap and finally some reindeer ramen with a locally brewed beer. The neighborhood is so cute and eclectic. Our guide Amelia was fantastic.

We enjoyed the small size of our group and the variety of locations that we visited. We tasted a nice mix of Swedish culinary culture. I would have enjoyed a little more narration on the walking portion of the tour.

We had an absolutely fantastic time on this walking food tour. Our guide, Amelia (yes, spelled just like Amelia Earhart!), was wonderful. She was incredibly knowledgeable about Stockholm, so charming, genuinely kind, and made every stop engaging with fascinating stories about the city and the food we were tasting. The food itself was outstanding. This was, hands down, the best food tour we’ve ever done. There was plenty to eat, every stop was thoughtfully chosen, and Amelia provided excellent context about each dish, its history, and its place in Swedish culture. It felt like so much more than just a series of food tastings. One of the unexpected highlights was the group. We met wonderful people from Chicago, Australia, and Canada, and it really added to the experience. By the end of the tour, it felt like we had made new friends. If you’re visiting Stockholm, don’t hesitate to book this tour. Great food, a fantastic guide, wonderful company, and an unforgettable experience. We couldn’t recommend it more highly.

This was probably the best food tour I’ve bee done! You get to try so many different spots and types of food. Amelia was our guide, and she was amazing! Super friendly and knowledgeable about the food and some fun facts about the city.

It was an experience and worth every cent. Amelia was a fantastic tour guide, provided a lot of interesting information about the food, but also about the Södermalm district and Stockholm. The small group was ideal for mutual international exchange. The restaurants were very varied and provided a delicious insight into Swedish cuisine and culture. The more than 3 hours flew by.
