Amazing Experience
I had an amazing yoga session with Joana! The atmosphere was just right — practicing yoga outdoors with such a great vibe made the whole experience even more special.
Joana is an excellent instructor: super patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, she guides you in a way that feels natural and effortless. I highly recommend it!

Made me start to have much more awareness about my body
Since I met Joana I started paying more attention to my body and especially to the breathing! In addition to being an amazing teacher, Joana helped me in a process of self-knowledge in a moment of anxiety crises, and I was able to understand that with classes and body consciousness I could have more control of myself. I indicate with closed eyes as a professional and as a person.

Looking for a fantastic yoga experience in a stunning location?
Joanna’s classes in Rio de Janeiro at Barra da Tijuca are excellent. Her Hatha yoga sessions offer something for everyone. She employs a very organic method, challenging students by understanding their needs! She embodies what she teaches. I felt welcomed and empowered in every class. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a holistic and revitalizing experience!
