My dad booked four tickets for us, the payment fully went through, and then midnight the night before we were supposed to leave they sent him a message saying that the meeting time was moved to 7 am instead of 8 am. My dad still managed to see the email and arrive on time, but did not see anyone from the company there. He tried reaching out to them via call and text and no one picked up or responded. We talked with Viator before contacting our credit card company to dispute the charge, and the company apparently told Viator that they apparently waited for us before leaving, and reached out to my dad to offer him to come the next day, both of which were complete lies. Don't book with these people, there are many more similar experiences on here that are cheaper and from more reliable companies.
