Didn't respond right away. Prepaid and then surprised me with an airport tax. Why surprise customers?
honestly, the service was great. The driver showed up right on time and kept in touch with me the whole way, which I really appreciated. Our driver Laura was super friendly, like really easygoing, and she even waited for us 25 minutes which was honestly so nice of her. We hooked her up with a good tip of course. Just overall a really smooth experience, no stress at all

The service was excellent. The driver was on time for us, and he was very kind.
I booked this transfer and then found out they will charge me additional 25 usd for entering the airport (what?). I didn’t have a direct contact of the driver. After the driver arrived they didn’t notice me. We were 10 min late and driver left without a notice. Eventually they contacted us saying the driver already left. We ended up taking uber which was 3 times cheaper and still pretty comfortable. The provider told me they have no problem to give me a refund, but now they are just not responding. I don’t recommend this transfer
The driver didn’t show and I’m waiting for a refund. The driver was hard to find once I contacted the number they said someone was on the way and then got a text saying the driver got into an accident wouldn’t show.

Communication with the agency was very good and the logistics, in general, worked well. There was a slight delay in shipping the transport, but outside that detail the service was satisfactory. The driver's treatment was very friendly, which is greatly appreciated. I believe that, even when paying airport taxes, the service was convenient and allowed me to save a little money. It is important to read carefully what the service includes and does not include before hiring it.
I don’t think this is a real company. The driver was extremely late. We paid on Viator but when we got to the hotel the driver said we didn’t pay, and that he doesn’t for the company. We offered to pay him again using a card. He says we could use a card but it had to be paid in MXN. When I put the amount in my conversation calculator it was $15.00 more than the amount asked. I feel like I was scammed

Additionally, at the time of payment, the platform issues an alert displaying the information you must acknowledge regarding us as the service provider, where the USD 25 airport tax is explicitly stated. Furthermore, this information was also sent to you via message through the platform and directly to your mobile phone. For this reason, this charge is not a hidden fee, and it was communicated clearly and repeatedly. Additionally, we would like to clarify that the 15-minute delay in dispatching the transportation unit occurred because incomplete information was provided in your reservation. You contacted us upon your arrival to inform us of your drop-off location, which was not provided at the time of booking. This information is strictly necessary, as we cannot assign or dispatch a transportation unit without confirming the exact drop-off location. This procedure is in place to ensure the safety of both our clients and our drivers, as it allows all parties to clearly understand the route and service details. Unfortunately, the form was not completed as required at the time of reservation, which temporarily complicated the coordination of your service. We would also like to note that we attempted to contact you by phone in order to speak directly and resolve the situation more efficiently; however, we were unable to reach you. Ultimately, all the missing information was confirmed by you via written messages, which allowed us to complete the coordination of the service.
