Terribly overpriced for what you get. Tour guide arrived a half hour late and we barely made the sunset at Taiwan 101 by 2 minutes…very stressful. Guide was sweet, but provided very little commentary about the city we were touring. We were taken to a delicious restaurant, but shocked that it ate up an hour of our tour and we were handed the bill after. First tour that food was extra. So in short, we paid well over 300.00 for a round trip cab ride to our hotel and observatory entrance which probably totaled 25.00. Guide did not even accompany us to observatory to talk about what we were seeing from the top. Finished with a view of Rainbow Park and someone walking a night market with us. Big waste of time and money!!!

As discussed prior to the tour, your itinerary included Rainbow Park and a local night market, along with other planned stops. During the tour, you decided that you no longer wished to visit Ciyou Temple, and our guide respected your preference and adjusted the itinerary accordingly. Regarding the tour inclusions, the Taipei 101 Observatory admission ticket and private transportation are included in the tour price. Meals and personal expenses are not included. As with any private customizable itinerary, the exact timing of individual attractions—particularly sunset viewing—cannot be guaranteed because of traffic, crowds, weather, and changes requested during the tour. We are also sorry that the overall value of the experience did not meet your expectations. The tour price reflects a private experience with a dedicated guide, private transportation, included Taipei 101 Observatory admission, and the flexibility to customize the itinerary rather than simply transportation between attractions.
