The vehicle provided is always based on the category selected at the time of booking. In this case, the reservation was for a Standard vehicle, and the Ford minivan supplied was consistent with that category. Executive vehicles, including BMW and Mercedes models, are available when an Executive category is booked. Heathrow Airport charges operators each time a vehicle enters a terminal area, which is why additional terminals incur additional costs. To better accommodate your group, we upgraded the service and provided a 9-seater long-wheelbase vehicle at no additional cost. Rather than causing delays or requesting additional transportation, our team worked to carefully arrange all luggage and ensure the transfer proceeded smoothly.
