We were very cramped on the benches at the top of the boat. All the spots were very beautiful, but the breaks were way too long and there wasn't enough information. The paella was in a plastic box, reheated in a microwave, and of poor quality. No dessert. What a shame...
Merci pour votre retour. Nous sommes toutefois surpris par certains points de votre commentaire. Notre bateau a une capacité d’environ 200 passagers, mais nous limitons volontairement notre activité à environ 115 personnes afin d’offrir davantage d’espace et de confort à bord. Concernant la paella, elle est servie exactement comme décrit dans l’activité : préparée par un traiteur local, en portions individuelles dans des contenants recyclables et servie chaude. Nous disposons également de micro-ondes à bord pour les clients qui souhaitent la réchauffer davantage. La qualité de cette paella est habituellement très appréciée par nos voyageurs. Enfin, aucun dessert n’est inclus ni annoncé dans l’expérience, nous sommes donc surpris de voir ce point mentionné comme un élément manquant. Nous sommes néanmoins heureux que vous ayez apprécié les magnifiques endroits visités et nous vous remercions d’avoir navigué avec Formentera Wonders.
