We just got back from our day trip to the Pyramids of Teotihuacan, and we loved it! Luis was our driver and we felt so safe with him at the wheel. He had to pick us up at our AirBnb which was outside of the city, but he navigated everything without problems. He waited for us while we toured the pyramids and then had lunch at La Cueva afterwards - and he had us back in CDMX by 2 pm. Highly recommend Via Mexa! Thank you Luis!

We used this service to take a group of 6 friends from CDMX to Teotihuacán and back and it was amazingly seamless. Our driver Luis was efficient and so sweet we had a great time. We even forgot something in the car and he met up to drop it off the next day. We were so thankful. Would definitely use this service again - thank you!!
Diego, our driver for the day, was on time and very courteous. He arrived as scheduled at our Airbnb and stayed with us throughout the day. We had reserved transportation for 8 hours and he has us back at the Airbnb with 5 mins to spare. Communication thru WhatsApp was easy and efficient.

Great communication and service. Our driver spoke English and was giving us advice for our Mexico City trip. Car was really clean. Would definitely recommend for families with elderly to help eliminate logistical headaches and for a more intimate experience at our own pace.
