The issue we had here was the instructions at Boston airport were to meet at zone 1, the driver was waiting in zone 2 I had to chase and then approach all the waiting cars in zone 2 to check if they were our transport. I spoke to the proprietor and told them a simple solution would be to have our name in the car window, we had walked passed the driver on our way to zone 1 , turned out ok in the end
