Guide never showed up he should not represent you.you should refund us are money. And I'm not happy i have to writ e so much just to move to the next page.

What a great experience. Tony was a great local guide that took us through Swords Castle and surrounding area. He was even nice enough to suggest areas to visit and which local restaurants to dine in. Definitely recommend!

I have been a frekvent visitor to Swords over the years. This time a family member recommend this tour. We were 4 adults and two children 14 and 11. Children were free, adults 10 euro. The tour guide met us at "The old schoolhouse* It was a great experience. The guide was a mine of knowledge, very friendly and witty. I never knew that Swords had such history and well preserved ruins.

I am living in swords and went on this tour with my American cousin who was visiting. I learnt so much history about Swords. Tony is such a joy to listen and he is a fountain of knowledge. Tony was helpful right from the start. Even before we got there, we were able to exchange emails to discuss the details. We had a private tour which included the castle itself a beautiful church and bell tower and a lovely medieval well. If you like medieval castles and churches and stories of the people who lived during those times, you can't go wrong with this tour.

The host was very knowledgeable and friendly, answering all our questions. Unfortunately on this particular day there had been a concert the night before on the castle grounds so we weren't allowed inside due to the cleanup, but our host tried every way possible to attempt to get us in. We really enjoyed the separate 9th century tower & church site walk, he provided a rich history for them. Also to the spring Swords is named for.
