Philippe was absolutely fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with him. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and enhanced the experience by suggesting wonderful places to visit and things to do on our own. We can’t wait to follow his recommendations!

OK. Too much talking and not enough actual walking around the city
Too much talking and not enough walking around the city. Lots of needless details about the bad Catholics. Would rather have seen more of the city and less standing in front of the Papal Palace talking about what we would see - I read of just seeing it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback . We’re truly sorry to hear that the experience did not fully meet your expectations. The guide assigned to your tour has over 20 years of experience and aimed to share historical insights and information about the city to provide context during the visit. Please note that a 30-minute food break taken during the tour led to a slight delay by guest, which unfortunately prevented the guide from covering the final stop within the scheduled time.
