Complete scam. No information provided on the exact meeting point. Messaged and called tour operator, no reply. Do not waste your money on this particular Viator experience. Even the staff at the museum tried to help me and explained they have seen an increase in scams
It was amazing to see old artwork and old memorabilia, especially over 2 floors. What I would say is this museum is massive and it would be a whole day to look around to take it all in and not the couple of hours we thought as we had other museums booked for the day we visited.
Great museum with manageable crowds. Pleasant viewing. A lot to see, probably need more than one visit.
