This was a very interesting insight into areas of Qatar to the north and west of Doha…Hamid was a careful driver and very accommodating guide. Most enjoyable trip!

Una experiencia desastrosa. Cinco minutos antes de la hora fijada para el comienzo de la excursión el guía nos llama para decirnos que ha sido suspendida porque somos los únicos que nos hemos apuntado. Tras pedirle que busque una solución, nos propone como alternativa un combo privado a la ciudad y el desierto. Después de que aceptemos, pasa el resto de la mañana, hasta la hora prevista prevista para comenzar, intentando que la atrasemos y que admitamos más personas en el grupo. Durante la excursión nos insiste en que nos demos prisa porque tras la nuestra debe guiar otra visita. En la penúltima parada nos abandona en el zoco, dejándonos muy preocupados, porque dice que su hermano ha sufrido un accidente y debe ir al hospital. Un supuesto amigo suyo que viene a recogernos no sabe nada de ningún hermano ni de ningún accidente, pero como guinda final, nos vuelve a dejar abandonados en la última parada, ¡porque tiene que acudir a la oración! ////// A disastrous experience. Five minutes before the scheduled start time of the tour, the guide called to tell us it had been canceled because we were the only ones who had booked. After asking him to find a solution, he proposed a private city and desert tour as an alternative. After we accepted, he spent the rest of the morning, until the scheduled start time, trying to get us to postpone it and admit more people to the group. During the tour, he insisted we hurry because he had to lead another tour after ours. At the second-to-last stop, he abandoned us in the souk, leaving us very worried, because he said his brother had been in an accident and he had to go to the hospital. A supposed friend of him who came to pick us up knew nothing about any brother or any accident, but to top it all off, he abandoned us again at the last stop because he had to go to prayer!

Wonderful experience as this is the first time I been in Qatar. Tour guide, Mr. Saad was friendly and able to provide insightful of information of every destination. Thank you for the wonderful tour.

I had a wonderful time spending the day with my tour guide Sajid! It was a great way to get to see Qatar. Sajid was so friendly and gave lots of information for each site we visited, as well as while driving around between locations. As a solo traveler, it can be tough to go sightseeing and get pictures that aren’t a bunch of selfies. Sajid very kindly took lovely photos of me without my having to ask! It meant a lot!
