Moamen was top notch in picking me up from Cairo airport. He tracked my flight from Shanghai and was there waiting when the plane first landed. Unfortunately it took me 2 hrs to clear immigration, buy visa on arrival, exchange money to Egyptian $ and buy a local ' Orange' Sim card. Line ups each step and bit of confusion inside the terminal. So patiently Moamen waited. He was so polite, patient and no issue with my delays. Very informative drive to my hotel pointing out places of interest along the way. 10 out of 10 Stars. Appreciate the extra trip across the Nile Moamen. Ledgend. From a solo mature Aussie women I felt safe and respected. Was a fun introduction to your city and seeing how Cairo navigates traffic as Egyptians drive completely different to the many rules back home. I laughed often. Cheers to your hospitality.
Thank you so much for such a wonderfully detailed review it was an absolute pleasure for Moamen to welcome you to Cairo after your long flight from Shanghai. We completely understand how overwhelming airport queues, visas, and SIM card procedures can be after a long journey, so ensuring you felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of from the moment you landed was our top priority. Moamen is so glad you enjoyed the drive, the Nile crossing, and the unique energy of Cairo's traffic! Knowing that you felt safe, respected, and had a great start to your trip means the world to us. Wishing you an unforgettable time exploring Egypt You are always welcome back anytime
