Very informative and relaxed. You have a large variety of different sake, and Hide does a great job explaining the manufacture and different tastes. As a fan of sake, I had an excellent time learning more.

Bring a notepad because the presentation is great. If you are not familiar with sake, this was a very useful workshop for sake novices. Schedule a little more time to enjoy the sake options available.

Excellent learning experience on the basics of sake! Hide was very informative and passionate about sake, and taught us everything we were wanting to know about the history, cultural significance, and production of sake. The atmosphere is clean, pleasant and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this sake experience if you’re visiting Japan or if you live here and just want to know more about sake!

We had a fantastic experience with Hide. He was clearly incredibly knowledgeable in all things Sake, and we left with a much greater appreciation for it. Would highly recommend taking the advanced sake course, but even if you are just around the neighborhood and want to stop by for a couple of pours, it is a very unique store, and highly worth going out of your way to experience.

The Sommelier was very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. We learned a lot about the orgin and history behind Sake. It was a cool vibe!

This was a great combination of educational (learning how sake is made, and about the different types) and fun (getting to choose which sakes to taste from a long list!). Hide was a great host and had a nice slide show explaining the process, and the list of sakes available to taste had great descriptions which made the decision easier. Highly recommend!

We booked the sake tasting with sake sommelier and we had Norie as our sommelier! We learned so much and had such a great time. Norie’s sake expertise and recommendations were incredible. For the price of the experience it was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend for everyone looking for a fun, informative, and tasty local experience!
