He had excellent knowledge of the buildings and their ghost stories. Funny guy with great Hollywood knowledge.
Jay was knowledgeable, personable and fun. It was an interesting tour and we learned a lot about the history of the theaters, movies shown and filmed there plus we enjoyed hearing about the spooky stuff that happened there as well. Well worth it!

One of the better true crime and ghost tours I have been on in the US. We went as a big group and Jay was so entertaining and informative. I love how he brought a sense of humor to the tour that kept it engaging for all of us. Fascinating to see the darker side of old Hollywood. I would definitely do this again.
