When I booked, English service was explicitly offered and confirmed. In reality, the entire tour was conducted in Spanish. I asked multiple times to translate, and while there were occasional attempts, they were minimal and largely unhelpful - I missed most of the commentary about the pyramids and had no idea what was being said about timing, locations, or when we'd be returning. I ended up just sticking close to other people in my group to follow along. The balloon experience on its own? Incredible. But everything around it - the cultural context, the history, the logistics - was completely lost on me. If you don't speak Spanish, I'd strongly recommend searching for a company that actually delivers on the English guide they promise. I wish I had.
